In 1997, the company was founded by Professor Huatai Xiang. Mainly engaged in the production of coating waterproof products.

In 2001, Hangzhou Luban Building Waterproofing Co., Ltd. was established, achieving the integration of waterproof material production and waterproof construction.

In 2008, the company began producing asphalt waterproofing membrane, forming a system for the sales and construction of building waterproofing products.

In 2009, the development of non curing rubber asphalt waterproof coatings was successful, laying the material foundation for the concept of composite waterproofing.

In 2011, the company obtained a patent for the invention of colored polymer cement waterproof coating. After more than a decade of adhering to technological innovation, it successively obtained multiple invention patents.

In 2014, the company was awarded the title of the first "High-tech Enterprise" in the domestic waterproofing industry.

In 2015, self repairing waterproof coatings and cold scraping non curing rubber asphalt waterproof coatings were successfully developed, both of which were groundbreaking innovations in the industry.

In 2016, the company became the executive chairman unit of the Zhejiang Waterproof Association and invested in the establishment of its subsidiary Zhejiang Luban Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd., establishing a large-scale production base and forming a complete production system for covering waterproof materials.

In 2017, the company's participation in the construction of the "Hangzhou International Conference Center" won the 14th Zhan Tianyou Award for Civil Engineering. In the same year, the company's participation in the construction of the "Zhejiang Conservatory of Music" and "CITIC Bank Headquarters" won the Luban Award for China Construction Engineering from 2016 to 2017, and "Lvdu" waterproof materials are all used in the project.

In 2018, we entered the home decoration market and established the "Yikejia" home decoration waterproof brand.

In 2020, the production base of Zhejiang Luban Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of "High-tech Enterprise".

In 2022, it was awarded the title of Specialized, Refined, and New Small and Medium sized Enterprise in Zhejiang Province; Becoming the president unit of Zhejiang Waterproof Industry Association.
