Polymer cement waterproof coating is two component composite waterproof coating which is composed of organic liquid of high quality modified acrylic emulsion together with the infinite powder .It is a kind of new type waterproof material that have high elasticity of organic materials and good durability advantages of inorganic material.According to the application range, it can be divided into type 1 and type 2.

Construction Application

1:Construction not below 0℃ degrees or in the rain.

2:Procedure:substrates clean→first coating → second coating→( non-woven fabric)→third coating(depends on thickness)→surface(protect layer)

3:The substrate must be kept flat,film,clear and non-smear.the relatively large pitting and crack should be mended with water-stopping mortar.internal/external corner shall be made into circular arc.

4:Material ratio,typeⅠ:Primer layer, liquid:powder:water=1:1:0.5-1 Low layer,          liquid:powder:water=1:1:0-0.2

type Ⅱ:Primer layer, liquid:powder:water=1:2:0.5-1 Low layer, liquid:powder:water=1:2:0-0.3

Remarks:water added to the Low layer should depends on the temperature.No water or rare water shall be added for slope or facade construction.The material should be weighed and stir evenly.

5:Apply by roller or brush and keep the paintcoat thin and evenly .The interval time of each layer depends on the temperature and humidity- begin to be solid and not sticky to hands(usually take four hours,when the temperature is low,high humidity and poor ventilation,dry solid time take longer,otherwise shorter)

6:All tools should be washed and cleaned immediately after use with clean water.
