One-component polyurethane waterproof coating is a high molecular waterproofing coating which made out of the main materials of isocyanate,mixed with various additives.By reaction with atmospheric moisture, it will cure and become nontoxic,high elasticity waterproof material.

Construction Application

1.The surfaces must be kept flat,film,clear and non-smear.the relatively large pitting and crevice should be mended with water-stopping mortar or tile glue.internal/external corner and tube root shall be made into circular arc with cement mortar.

2.Before waterproof layer construction,treatment agent shall be applied to the substrate to make the substrate meet the requirements of waterproof construction work and enhance the bond strength between the waterproof layer and the substrate.

3.Internal/external corner shall be made into circular arc,internal corner>50mm,external corner>20mm.Scraper the joints first,then pave a layer of non-woven fabric or fiberglass cloth after completely solidification.Paving shall be straight, flat and no wrinkle.

Finally, firmly pressed by roller and free of defects such as bubbles and opening.

4.Thin coating should be applied several times,keep the paincoat evenly,the thickness of layer should be 0.5mm in generally.Conduct the second coating when the paintcoat begin to be solid(about 12 hours) and not sticky to hands,the direction of brushing should be vertical with the first time.Control the layer thickness by quantity.It mustn’t touch the hard object before the film is not solidified,and forbidden to walking or other operations to affect the waterproof effect.
